By accessing and using CoinsBucket ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
CoinsBucket is a personal budget tracking application that helps users manage their daily spending through period-based budgets. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and may be accessed through web browsers and installed on compatible devices.

Subscriptions bought inside the CoinsBucket iOS app are sold by Apple and billed to your Apple Account. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are displayed at the time of purchase.
The CoinsBucket iOS app offers these auto-renewable subscriptions:
Prices are shown in euros and may vary by territory; the price displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase applies. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings at any time after purchase. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms.
For free users, all data is stored locally on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB). For Pro users, data is synced to our secure cloud servers. You retain ownership of your data and may export or delete it at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
CoinsBucket is a budgeting tool for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor for personalized financial guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinsBucket and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
